DESCRIPTION:69th Ohio State Convention of A.A.\nHosted by Ohio General Service\nWith Al-Anon Participation\n“Attraction By Action”\nAugust 8th-10th\, 2025 \nWhere?\nDelta Hotels Toledo\n3100 Glendale Ave. Toledo\, Ohio 43614 \nHow do I register to attend?\nThere are three options for registration: \n\nRegister online at the bottom of this page for $42.00\nPrint\, complete\, and mail in the registration form available here\nRegister on-site at the Convention for $50.00\n\nRegistration for the Ohio State Convention is available online at the bottom of this page. The cost for mailed-in registration is $40.00 per person. The cost for online registration is $42.00 per person to offset additional charges. On-site registration will cost $50.00 the weekend of the convention. \nWhere can I stay for the convention?\nThere are hotel rooms available at the convention hotel Delta Hotel Toledo. The hotel is located at 3100 Glendale Ave\, Toledo\, OH 43614. There is a group rate for the conference of $129 per night plus tax. \nClick here to book hotel rooms. The last day to book is Friday\, July 18\, 2025. \nWhat if I cannot afford registration?\nEvery A.A. member who has an interest to attend the Ohio State Convention can participate – regardless of financial status. Members and groups donate scholarships for those who are unable to pay. You will need to complete a form\, followed by your checkout process to pay for your registration. \nWhat is a State Convention?\nThe Ohio State Convention of Alcoholics Anonymous is an open\, annual service convention hosted on a rotating schedule by one of the four Ohio General Service Areas comprised of Area 53 – Central & Southeast OH; Area 54 – Northeast OH; Area 55 – Northwest OH; and Area 56 – Southwest OH. The purpose of the convention is to carry the spirit of the General Service Conference to individual A.A. members of the districts and groups in Ohio. This is accomplished by fostering cooperation among the four Ohio Areas\, highlighting and celebrating the General Service Activities of Alcoholics Anonymous in these areas and through sharing experience on AA’s legacies of unity\, service and recovery. The goal of the convention is to support and strengthen the General Service Conference structure in Ohio\, helping us to stay sober to help other alcoholics achieve sobriety. \nFlyer Here
